DIRECTIONS
From the M20 Junction 8 - Use the A20 and come off at Hubbards Hill. Follow this road for 10 minutes towards Eastling. When you approach the freestanding Letter Box in the triangle turn left and follow the road passed Snoad Farm. Walnut Tree Cottage will be ahead of you. Walnut Tree House is the bend down the driveway to the left of you.

From the M2 Junction 7 - Head towards Faversham on London Road/Canterbury Road. Turn left onto Brogdale Road towards Eastling. Follow this road for approx. 10 minutes through Eastling and passed the Carpenters Arms pub until you approach the freestanding Letter Box in the triangle, turn left and follow the road passed Snoad Farm. Walnut Tree Cottage will be ahead of you. Walnut Tree House is the bend down the driveway to the left of you.
